January 27 - January 30, 2010

British Colonial Hilton in Nassau,

The Bahamas

Sessions Each session will consist of a 20 min presentation on the present and future directions of a topic/area made by one (lead) participant. The other participants in each session will be discussants who will question, comment on, and discuss for 20-minutes after the presentation. We will then open the floor to the entire workshop for discussion for the remaining 20 minutes. 20/20/20=60

It will be stressed that the goal of each session is towards identifying emerging areas of important research, near and long-term goals, future challenges and opportunities, and laying out a five-year vision and strategic plan.

5 Minute Madness: After everyone has had a day to think and discuss, this is an opportunity for each person to present a vision, challenge, or future opportunity to the workshop.

Each participant will be asked to give a 5 minute pitch on a topic/issue that they feel strongly about. This will give everyone the opportunity to speak and be heard. The madness will last approximately 2 hours.
